Nestlé Cameroun has invested more than FCFA 65 million to reward its top-performing distributors for their outstanding commercial performance in 2025, reaffirming the company’s commitment to strong partnerships and sustainable growth.

The recognition ceremony took place during Nestlé Cameroun’s 2026 Business Conference, held in Douala, which brought together the company’s marketing and sales teams alongside distributor sales teams to review achievements from the past year and set priorities for 2026.

A major highlight of the conference was the 2025 Distributor Challenge awards, during which four distributors were honored for their exceptional results. The prizes included utility vehicles, aimed at strengthening the operational capacity of the winning distributors and supporting their continued expansion.

Aboubacar Coulibaly, Managing Director of Nestlé Cameroun, said 2025 marked a turning point in the company’s commercial performance.

“In 2025, we adopted a winning mindset. This choice marked the beginning of a true transformation in our commercial performance. Today, I am proud to see the tangible results of this collective momentum,” he said, adding that 2026 presents an opportunity to further accelerate this transformation through teamwork and distributor support.

One of the award recipients, Romain Sidjié, Chief Executive Officer of NEW DEAL in Nkongsamba, who won the first prize, described the recognition as more than just a reward.

“This distinction represents a strategic lever to strengthen our operations and drive growth. This success is the result of collective commitment and a shared vision,” he said, thanking Nestlé Cameroun for what he described as a constant and sustainable partnership.

Beyond the awards, the conference also focused on reinforcing collaboration and team spirit. Activities included a friendly football match between Nestlé employees and distributors, as well as a guided visit to the Nestlé factory, where distributors were able to observe the production process of the products they distribute across the country.

Nestlé Cameroun says the initiative underscores its determination to build long-term value for its partners, consumers and the wider Cameroonian economy, as it looks ahead to meeting its commercial objectives for 2026.
